VGN EL-2B in O Scale

An EL-2 in N&W livery?  Why not?  Check out the web site for my O scale layout (www.vgnrailway.com) and the explanation of why the VGN survived into the current era.  I’ve got at least one modern GE diesel in a VGN scheme (doubleheaded with a trainmaster – typically pulling a double stack train).  It’s my not-so-little (empty attic) make believe world.
