I think you have a bigger design problem then a turnout problem. Yes a
curved turnout can be built to those specifications however given the
tightness of the curves coming off the turnout, I don't think you will
be able to operate through it. Unless you are using talgo couplers the
trucks won't turn enough to go through the tighter curve and derail. I
operate in HOn3 and I can't get my shorter cars to do it.
