Atlas Alco RS 3

Hi Bill;

The Atlas model is a ph 1a; the 1955 N&W units were ph 3. There are many
differences which may or may not be obvious to you. The Atlas RS3 models
are 4 foot models for N&W. For 1 foot models, you'll need to replace
everything visible except maybe the truck side frames.
