Articulation of model locomotives

Folks,

I have an entire fleet of articulated locomotives on my "pokey"! I use 36" curves throughout with track centers dicatated by two peco large radius trunouts made into a trunout. I have absolutly no problems with clearances with any of my large locomotives which include the y3's, Y6b's, big electrics. Even the huge Alco models Jawn Henry clears the other train!

Using big N&W power your layout needs to be set up form the get go to ensure fun operations. All large power had to be tinkered with to work smoothly throughout the layout, the exception was the y6b's but I have found creative ways to have them sent back to the repair shop!

Jawn did adjust the slide fences and some other scenery on his first run!!


Good infrastruture from the start will make your layout fun to operate for years.

Do not hestiate to contact me on list or off on what the "crew" did to make the layout ready to run the N&W.

Once again I am sure the other end of the can of worms is now open!!
