Blue caboose

Returned to West Jefferson, NC this morning to get a current image of their
N&W caboose (formerly owned by Bart Long and displayed in Bristol adjacent
to the NS yards entrance). The blue is striking but is it accurate for the
Virginia Creeper out of Abingdon?
