North Carolina Branch: Separate Seniority Roster ?

Anyone know if the North Carolina Branch ("Galax Branch") was ever a 
separate seniority district for T&E (Train & Engine) service 
employees?  If so, when were those rosters integrated with the main 
line rosters?

Am also curious to know where the earliest Train Dispatching office 
was for the North Carolina Branch.  Perhaps at "CN" Central Depot 
(East Radford,) but also perhaps at "JN"  Pulaski...?
