More Radio Freqs Changes

According to Railpace Magazine - The FCC has mandated the end of  wide band 
2 way transmission for non-military purposes in the US by  1/1/13.
 
The CSX is the first Class 1 RR to make the change. Their schedule is  :
 
April 2011 - Atlanta, Florence, Jacksonville & Nashville  Divisions
June 2011 - Great Lakes, Huntington & Louisville Divisions
Sept 2011 - Albany, Baltimore & Chicago Divisions. 
 
Does anybody know when NS plans to convert ?
