N&W ever ran or involved or shared trackage with a traction operation?

Ben - I am hoping that more knowledgeable persons (Hello, Gordon Hamilton)
will speak up, but I can tell you that the N&W and VGN did operate in close
proximity to at least ohe traction line, the Roanoke Railway and Electric
Company. There's at least one book on the topic, "The Street Railways of
Roanoke, Virginia 1887-1948", by James E. Dalmas.
