Bowser announcement

I've got shots of all the low hood exWabash C425's.  I've got shots of 1011
through 1016.  These units are all black with written out N&W and 1/2 moon
herolds in yellow.  As for 1013 I have one shot that shows it in what
appears to be faded blue but other shots that clearly appear to show it in
black??????
