Annual Reports - was "Re: N&W Industrial and Shippers Guide"

The beginning of the 1916 Industrial Shippers Guide gives a nice summary of improvements to the road in the decade or two before 1916. Those descriptions were written in a manner that seems similar to annual reports. 

Which prompted a question; are Annual Reports for the N&W available online on Archive.org <http://archive.org/>, Google books, or other?  Five or more years ago I found a report on one of the Circleville industries I had an interest in - and it was a very nice source of information.
