N&W Industrial and Shippers Guide

[NW Modeling List]

I have doubts. Why is it showing a modern cover and has a published date of 2023?  There are a lot on ebay where someone has taken a public domain scan and printed in hardcopy selling it. Nothing illegal, but if it’s public domain, you can probably find a pdf in google books.  like this one dated 1916.
