Roger,
We could get Bower to make such a run and it looks like they would have
been painted in the "AND" scheme for at least 16 years which would be
longer than the "&".  The difficulty in committing to this project is that
Bowser has a minimum run requirement of 200 cars, but that is broken up
into 4 road numbers.  With the "&" cars being quite recent, I am not sure
how many "AND"s we would be able to sell.  But hey, you guys tell me;  how
many of these cars would you be willing to commit to purchasing in the
"AND" scheme?  If we can get commitment for over half up front, then the
project could well be a GO.
