Hopper class

 That looks like a class H10 to me.

 I have been watching a lot of new videos on Youtube filmed in Chattanooga.  The car class on the right has shown up in severalVideos in mixed manifest and some coal unit trains.  What NW class is this hopper?  Is this a H2 rebody?
I have been unable to read the class stencil in any of the videos. Most videos are shot in the 1988 to 1990 timeframe.
