All of that foreign junk came filtering to the eastern region when the company wanted to start doing away with the cabs altogether!I guess the "Safety First" RR decided if they injured enough crewmen riding those cabs the "CT-37-s" would help things along!!!Jimmy LisleSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Did they ever roll east into Virginia? Or were
they basically captive to the west end?

It's a former P&WV caboose that became
N&W in 1964.  The font appears correct.  I
photographed some of these in Ohio during the 1970's.  These
cabooses saw little to no service on the pre-1964 N&W.
