Roundroof boxes question

[NW Modeling List]

I have a Speedwitch B-4 boxcar kit (former Pocahontas Models by Jim Brewer)
that I want to build.  I found an ebay slide of a car from this series shot
in Dallas but no date.  It appears to be '61 but I can't clearly read the
reweigh date.  See attached.

 

When were these retired?  Did any receive the white hamburger herald?
