Tender Assignments

Following up on Eric's piece about tender numbers and assignments (was HO
Scale Decals 9.30.20), I'll only add that no one knows more about N&W
tender assignments and maybe tender numbers than Bud Jeffries. But he is
not a modeler. I vaguely recall something he did on this subject, either
for *The Arrow* of for the revised edition of his steam book.
