BLI H2a Coal Load Removal - Help!

Problem solved. I found an exploded diagram of the model on the BLI website, which showed nothing in particular holding the load in. That gave me the confidence to pry them out.

I’m getting ready to Dullcote a set of BLI H2a hoppers and cant figure out how to release the coal loads. I can rock them back and forth, pivoting on some unseen fulcrum in the middle of the car body. Stretching the sides and ends brings no joy. 

I suspect there is something easy that I’m missing. Any advice before I start cutting?
