Bored with steam

I was able to make a pretty good S1 from lifelike proto2000 heritage 0-8-0. At least to my novice eye. 3D printed boilers and detail parts might get us where we want to be.  I see the light at the end of the tunnel and it is a steam locomotive. Of course we will need authentic sounding whistles.
