NW Dynamometer car

Mark, 

The N&W Dynamometer car was done in HO scale in brass; I believe NJ International was the importer but I'm not 100% certain of this. Decals were available for the car; IIRC the set was offered by Roanoke Rails, but might have been another vendor. It has been 20+ years since I painted and decaled my model. 

Perhaps some else has more information.

Has anyone modeled the dynamometer car on display at the VTM? Where would you find decals for the car? I am back in the hobby after 36 years and now retirement and live in TN. I would appreciate any tips and help. Thank you.
