sound decoder ?

most N&W engines had the hooter whistle, even the M's. But N&W bought 
the 0-8-0's from the C&O, no clue if they kept their whistles or swapped 
them.

I tend to use differrent brand decoders for the same hooter whistle, 
each have their own "dimension" how the sound is, so I like to vary it up.

I'll check around for the correct whistle.
