Class A or J, most certainly never, very doubtful of a Y on the
Abingdon branch due to axle loadings

I happen to have my binder of Radford Division employee timetables
from 1924-1941 out on my desk, so I picked a couple out

Radford Division Employee Timetable No. 22, effective July 6, 1924
Tonnage Ratings
Abingdon Branch
Only lists Class G and Class T

Radford Division No. 12, effective May 5, 1935
Only lists Class M and Class W

North Carolina Branch
Class G, M, M-2 or Z

Radford Division 22, effective May 4, 1941
Abingdon Branch
Only Class W and Class M engines

North Carolina Branch
Class Y-3, Z, M-2, M or G
