No Mike they are not.  I do work with them (Soundtraxx) and if someone  will 
send me better clips of Southeastern whistles I can send them to my contact  
at Soundtraxx (I'm a factory trained dealer).  Some of the clips on that  
decoder they already had and some where supplied to them through me.

The Hooter whistle leaves a lot to be desired.  It doesn't have that 
"haunting" sound we love.
None-the-less, thanks for  keeping us well represented with Soundtraxx.
Are the Sountraxx decoders  programmable? Could a better file be uploaded 
later?
