bicentennial caboose

[NW Modeling List]

Thanks for the information.  Does anyone know why they chose one of this particular class?  It certainly wasn't the typical N&W style.  Of all the choices they had, I just wonder why they picked this one.  I would have thought a C31P or C32P myself.
