Precision Craft Models

Yes and no - it gives PCM/BLI more options and greater responsiveness.  They can gain control over the sound.  Previously QSI did all the encoding and controled the output and quality.  Now PCM can be more responsive to the nit pickers to make sure things are right.  They control the sound files.  In addition, the Loksound units seem to use less energy, fixing the current draw issue.
