Rob,
    Yes, speed definitions are printed in the ETT. Refer to the system rule book and ETT to determine if the district is using either "Route" or "Speed" definitions of signaling. For example, the NE corridor uses "Speed" signaling" while the old N&W proper uses "Route" signaling. It all boils down to being basically the same but worded differently.
