 Last photo has to be Roanoke. Bluefield had no bridge that looked like that.

Jimmy,To answer your question, yes, I find anomalies all the time. It's kind of fun, and I keep a spreadsheet of interesting things I may want to model at some point.
I've found a couple Y3/Y3a like that

2045 Roanoke Bob Drake
Is this also Roanoke, or Bluefield?
