Jim,
I’m pretty sure you’re correct in saying Bluefield.  I think it is near Grant St. on Princeton Ave.  looking east.  I would say the Rev. Jim can be more precise than me about this pic.  The double crossover is interesting.  It makes me wonder when it was removed.
