LL Y3 Proto 2000 USRA version w 12K USRA tender made in China

Remove everything off the frame get some water boiling in small saucepan. Put frame in boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove and put on flat surface and put weight on it to make it stay flat. Let it cool to room temp.  
If it is still warped get some dimes and repeat but twist a little more using dimes.
