GP9 #511 w Passenger Train

Actually, this appeared to be a standard practice at Decatur, as I have a slide I purchased showing an E8 with train at Decatur being fueled from a tanker truck.

I agree with Frank Scheer that it is a passenger train, westbound at Decatur, IL.
