In accurately titled I believe.

This is not a pusher, not saying impossible, but I?ve never seen anything to show me a pusher with a canteen. More than likely, it was either a local or power returning from a trip to the middle siding at Montvale, to set out loads to be picked up by another eastbound.

Better suggestions, please feel free.
