Y3 Trivia

Here are some images of 2057's boiler in Roanoke at 2057 by Bruce Meyer.
The date is Mar 27, 1959
For these photos, the cab number is painted out and the main rod is
removed.  I thought perhaps there would be a bell back near the cab, but it
doesn't look like it.
Perhaps by date in the original photo from this email chain, treasure
hunters got ahold of it, or it had been put aside to be scrapped but got
pulled one last time for use before being decommissioned as below?
