Very good spot James.

I was also looking for some detail on the Rural Retreat loco that was 
different between 610 and 611. It does appear that the sand dome grab 
iron is mounted lower on 610's skyline casing while 611's is higher. 
Nice to finally confirm which J is shown in this iconic Link photo.

The locomotive in Link’s Rural Retreat photo is 610. Verified by the 
position of the sand dome grab iron on the skyline casing and super 
magnification of the number.
