Yes, the NW leases E-8's from the RF&P, kept the original road number abd paint, but relettered the sides for Norfolk and Western. They did the same with ACL E-7's. When Proto 2000 was owned by Life Like, the Commissary had custom runs of 2 road numbers of each type of E unit avaliable.
