Jeff,
Those numbers look like 532 or 5.32 to me - I beleive they are the highway
milepost of the bridge.

I recall seeing at least one map or drawing at the archives that showed
the original right of way matching the current road, but I couldn't find
it in the archives database with a quick lunchtime search. Might be one
of the many drawings still needing data entry.
