H-11 hoppers

According to my files there were the following classes of the H-11: H11-1
(s/n 166000 - 169499, 174000 - 175999, and 230000 - 230999), H11a (s/n 92000
- 94999), H11b (s/n 3000 - 4699, 5000 - 6999, 8500 - 11499), and H11c (s/n
4700 - 4999, 7000 - 7999, 14000 - 14999, and 131000 to 133499).  While most
dimension are the same there are some differences.  I have copies of the N&W
freight care diagrams of each class if you want them.

In looking through the image archives I found a set of photos for the HC-11
covered hoppers.  At first glance, these look like regular H-11 hoppers with
extended height sides and a lid.   The built date appears to be 1961.

Does anyone have the actual diagrams or dimensions of this car?  What was
their intended service?
