Useful site for those needing RF info. Interesting as I looked at the Huntsville area there was BNSF and Canadian Pacific listed! Wonder what they have to do with the area? Locomotive telemetry/crew communications? NS microwave was in the 6-GHz. range.

Start here on the FCC License Search page: http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchGeographic.jsp
You can plug in a street address to find license info around that location. Digging deeper into the results will show ownership details and frequencies in use.
Just searching on "Huntsville" and "Madison County" I did find several entries for Norfolk Southern, for dispatch frequencies and microwave.
