Start here on the FCC License Search page:

You can plug in a street address to find license info around that location.
Digging deeper into the results will show ownership details and frequencies
in use.

Just searching on "Huntsville" and "Madison County" I did find several
entries for Norfolk Southern, for dispatch frequencies and microwave.
