Blue SD35

Can anyone identify the location of this shot?  I didn't mark it on the slide back in 73 but would guess it could be Bellevue or Columbus or Toledo or Detroit or Buffalo ........my first thought was Bellevue?

When it was repainted beyond this date it was painted in the black with white NW scheme (I have 2 shots of it in black and white NW, both in 1981).  Note the former Wabash C-18 cab in red NW behind the locomotive.....this scheme like the black NW locomotive scheme became standard during 1971.
