Tom,

Other colors were used later, but in addition to green and white, orange
was for short (distance) loads. US Steel had their own tag scheme and
no-tags didn't move with at least one exception. Keystone no-tags were
moved to Eckman or Kimball Yard to avoid the tipple from becoming blocked
off due to high output and short outlet tracks.

tag and eastbound coal (to Bluefield, etc.)was marked with a white tag.
