The train is westbound at Pearisburg, Va. The bridge in the background is
the U.S. 460 bridge across the New River. The station is seen under the
bridge. The location is known as Bluff City. That should give you some
pointers to search the archives (I seem to remember the image might have
been a "Vanishing Vistas" card).
