NWHS VRHR WEBCAM PROBLEMS?

Phil and others,

The problem is not the camera but the Verizon DSL line out of the 
Virginia Museum of Transportation. It is really not up to supporting 
a Railcam AND all the other traffic in and out of the museum. The 
museum would like to upgrade their service but as with so many other 
things it takes $$$.
