Sometimes. At least it stays on-line better than the Roanoke railcam.

Subject: NWHS VRHR WEBCAM PROBLEMS?

Is anyone else having trouble viewing the VRHR Railcam? Seems like it will
load a sliver of an image that covers the bottom of the bridge down to some
point above the roofs of the railcars. It will sometimes refresh and show an
entire image, but often when it refreshes, it doesn't show anything of
trains.
