G.S. Tower Portsmouth

Trying to determine when G.S. TOWER (Gallia Street) in Portsmouth was closed...it was still listed in Scioto Division timetable #7 (July 8, 1979) but I have nothing after that to reference. 

Same goes for the Train Order office at EAST WILLIAMSON (also open July 8, 1979). 

Can anyone assist?
