(3) When did the N&W begin installing 85 pound rail?

It doesn't specify type, but the 1892 Annual Report indicates that
3.07 miles of 85# rail was laid on the Radford Division and that
74.94 miles of 67# rail was installed system-wide.  A correction to
my previous post -- I believe the initials "PS" designated that the
rail was Pennsylvania STANDARD, not system.  Harry Bundy
