Friends,

It is with great regret to inform you that Mr. Lee Alley of Bristol Tenn passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2011. Many of you knew him from his unique home built truck and trailer that he used to blow many steam whistles including the one of a kind whistle from N&W M-class 382.
