  Friday afternoon(7/27/10) Amtrak hit a car at a crossing just north of Williamsburg Va. The 79 year old lady was killed instantly. The train was traveling at 75 mph in a not so rural area, and last report determined to be well with in the required speed limit. There were no gates.... Who is responsible for the gates, the railroad, or the State?
