When 611 went into the museum she basically needed flues. The  Federal regs 
have changed now and she would need to be stripped and have  her boiler 
ultrasonically tested. So, in a nutshell, she's not even close.

I would assume that the J- 611 is ready to  run after some inspection tests.
I understand that the A-1218 came back  from Birmingham shops only 
cosmetically conditioned for display.
