To Install Electric Signals
    Mr. Fredericks, Godfrey and Chas. Gort and Frank and George Heselton, of New York, expert signal men, arrived on No. 3 last night and will put in electric railroad signals between Bluestone and Graham.  Mr. Fredericks is accompanied by his wife, and the party will make headquarters at Pocahontas.
