Pevlar Blue

Concerning "Pevlar Blue": I will never forget sometime in 1965 I believe it was, the first N&W RS11 coming into Shaffers Crossing Roundhouse from Roanoke Shops in that bright blue. I had worked on the black greasy ones for several years and that blue would almost "knock your socks off".
