N&W Personnel Job Titles

I'm writing an article for the Arrow and would like to get job titles for the following men ca late 1944.  I have something for three of the five but don't know if the info is correct:

C. H. Tabor - Vice President and General Manager
R. G. Henley - Head of Motive Power Department 1928-1952, General Mechanical Superintendent
Ed Payne - Road Foreman of Engines

For the other two, I only have last names - 

? Leneave
? Goetz
